What we collect: your account info (name, email, business name, phone for MFA), the business data you enter (jobs, financials, payroll records, photos), and basic technical/usage data. We do not collect Social Security Numbers.
How we use it: only to operate ClarityCommand™ Service and support your account. We do not sell, rent, or share your data for marketing.
Where it lives: Google Firebase (US), encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), with MFA required on every account.
Sub-processors: Google (infrastructure), Cloudflare (gateway), Stripe (billing), Anthropic (AI under zero-retention terms), Sentry (error monitoring with PII stripped), Resend (transactional email), Netlify (hosting). Optional integrations only run if you enable them.

Terms of Service

Who can use it: business owners and operators 18+. Each subscription is for one business; don't share credentials across companies.
Plans & billing: Growth $197/mo · Pro $347/mo · GC Command $597/mo, billed monthly via Stripe, auto-renews until you cancel. 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month.
What we are NOT: ClarityCommand™ is a recordkeeping & reporting tool. We do not move money, originate ACH, process card payments, pull credit reports, or operate as a credit-repair organization. Year-end W-2/1099 generation happens in your external payroll/accounting tool.
AI features: outputs are not professional advice. You verify everything before relying on it. Lien-waiver and contract templates may not satisfy specific statutory forms (e.g., Texas Property Code Ch. 53) — review with an attorney.
Important — Section 18: disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Tarrant County, Texas, with a class-action waiver. There is a 30-day informal-resolution step first. By checking the box you agree to this arbitration provision.
Governing law: Texas, with venue in Tarrant County for any court proceedings permitted under Section 18.
Master Service Agreement

The MSA governs the commercial side of your subscription. Where it conflicts with the Terms of Service, the MSA controls on commercial terms.
Term: month-to-month, auto-renews. Cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Service levels: 99.5% target uptime, support Mon–Fri 9–5 CT at leslie@jomarbusinesssolutions.com, critical-issue response within 4 business hours.
Liability cap: total liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months (with carve-outs for confidentiality breaches, indemnification, and gross negligence/willful misconduct).
Suspension & termination: service may be suspended after 14 days of unpaid fees and terminated after 30. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data via the built-in Export tool.
DPA included. The Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is incorporated by reference into the MSA. Accepting the MSA also accepts the DPA. The full DPA is available on the Legal & Privacy page and is emailed to you with your other agreements.
